Election 2021
I don't usually post political tirades on the blog... but get off your bums and vote people! Even if all you do is turn up and draw a line through your ballot paper effectively spoiling it - at least you've turned up. By turning up you make them start to take note of different age demographics as they plan their policies ... So, even if you don't have a clue who you want, or what the point is ... go anyway. It takes us minutes, in some countries they have to queue for hours with no guarantee they'll get through the door in time. Granted, this year is a bit different. Here in Wales 16 and 17 year olds can vote. The polling stations are manned with social distancing rules in place. But we still get to vote. So now, a year into COVID, is our chance to say whether or not we're happy with the way the pandemic has been dealt with, and the plans to get us out of it. Stop complaining about the rules, and have a say in who puts them in place over the next 5 years. Time ...
